Draft Instruments Decree

To be able to achieve the principles and objectives of the strategic vision of the Spatial Policy Plan Flanders, the Flemish Government during the 2019-2024 term set out to develop the decree on the achievement-oriented instrumentarium, better known as the Instruments Decree.
