Towards a regulation determined by decree for national parks and landscape parks in Flanders?

On 21 October 2022 the Flemish Government gave its approval, in principle, to the preliminary draft Decree on Flemish Parks and General Landscape Protection. The 2019-2024 Flemish Coalition Agreement already provided for the devising of a fully-fledged and transversal landscape policy. Included in this policy as an objective was the establishment of Flemish Parks.
