New season, new UBO rules – update of UBO FAQ

In a FAQ, the Treasury within the FPS Finance sets out its interpretation of the UBO legislation. Recently, a new version has come out (available here) in which this interpretation has been expanded on. Even if you have already completed and confirmed your UBO registration, we recommend that you review it in light of the changes in the FAQ.
