Companies, prepare now for even more B2B rules

It has been some time since we informed you about the Belgian B2B rules which were introduced in the Code of Economic Law (CEL) in April 2019. Now there is another reason to revisit this topic. In addition to the ban on abuse of economic dependence, on misleading and aggressive market practices and on illegal terms in relationships between companies in general, the list of B2B rules will be expanded further in the short term.
