Private Company added to your basket – digital formation of companies from 1 August 2021

Since 1st August companies can be established without a paper signature at the bottom of the memorandum of association. Under the law of 12 July 2021,a company formation can be handled entirely digitally. This is the latest step in the growing digitization of notaryship, although the practical implications may be limited.
