Be careful before dismissing contract workers in the public sector!

If, as a public sector employer, you intend to dismiss contract workers, you have to be careful. On 1st May 2024, the law of 13 March 2024 on grounds for dismissal and manifestly unjustified dismissal of contract workers in the public sector will enter into force.
