Sofie Bontinck is a Partner at Schoups.

She is registered at the Bar of the Province of Antwerp.

Sofie obtained her law degree in 1995 at the Catholic University of Leuven. She also obtained the HR Manager diploma at the Centrum voor Avondonderwijs in 2017.

She joined Schoups in April 2022 as Partner Social Law. Before that, she worked for 18 years as Director team Employment, Pensions & Benefits at LAGA Advocaten/Deloitte Legal and for 9 years as Manager Corporate Law at Deloitte Consultants.

She was also an organizer and speaker at the Tax and Legal breakfast seminars organized within Deloitte Tax and Legal and she is a regular speaker at VOKA about costs specific to the employer.

Sofie was selected for the Women's Law Network in 2021.
