M&A NEWS – Schoups advised Creafund on their investment in SITRA

SITRA is a leading logistics company active in the niche market of the food industry, with various locations in Europe and the UK. The company employs about 900 people and has nearly 500 trucks, 700 trailers and 700 containers. The Ypres-based transport company of the Saelens family is entering into a 50/50 partnership with the investment holding Creafund of Sint-Martens-Latem. It is already the fifth participating interest Creafund is acquiring this year. Previously, it already acquired stakes in Sofics, Cooper Consumer Health, among other companies, and recently also in Planet Group.
