M&A NEWS - Schoups advised Creafund on their investment in PLANET Group

PLANET Group, which was founded in 2006 by CEO Sam BARO, is a leading HR expert that specialises in Flexible & Temporary Staffing within HR (HR-Planet), IT (IT-Planet) and the care sector (X-Care in Motion) in Belgium. PLANET Group now intends to bolster its growth through the participation of Creafund from Sint-Martens-Latem, which acquires a 30% stake in the HR group. It is already the 4th stake that Creafund acquires in 2021.
