M&A NEWS – Van Os-Duracoat becomes part of business group Het Veer

The Belgian group Het Veer, which currently comprises 15 companies, employs about 200 people and is active in the fields of medium voltage, metal, concrete, IT and facility services, has acquired the family business Van Os-Duracoat.

Van Os-Duracoat specialises in coatings for industrial applications and has a staff of about 20.

Schoups advised the seller during the acquisition.
