Court of Cassation clarifies: bringing a claim for a hidden defect in the case of a purchase is sufficient; correct qualification is not required

In a ruling of 18 January 2024, the Court of Cassation makes a clarification with regard to the requirement of the short period within which a claim must be brought on the basis of defects constituting grounds for annulment of purchase.
