On 3 October 2022 the Belgian Official Gazette published the Circular of 28 June 2022 on the practical modalities of the award and performance of framework agreements in the context of procurement by the federal government. The circular was drawn up by the federal government to explain the rules on framework agreements, and to ensure uniform application of framework agreements by the procuring authorities.
