Charter for construction matters: towards a more sustainable, effective and process-economic solution to construction disputes

On 21 June 2023, the Antwerp Bar and the Construction Chamber of the Antwerp Court of First Instance, Antwerp division, signed a charter to promote the amicable resolution of construction disputes.
