On October 7, 2014 (Leuven), October 14, 2014 (Kortrijk) Intersentia is organizing a course on the contractual clauses for construction contracts, in collaboration with KU Leuven and Kulak. Siegfried Busscher and Maarten Somers will both speak, on subcontracting and damage clauses, respectively.
