The Belgian Association for the Study of Construction Law is organizing a workshop in collaboration with the Dutch Association for Construction Law - IBR (Institute for Construction Law) on “The new European directives, Public procurement contracts Belgium-Netherlands” on 23 September 2014; Both Belgium and the Netherlands are members of the EU, and both are bound by the Tendering Directives. Does this mean that there are no differences between the implementation of the directives in practice in the two countries? That is the question that will be answered at this workshop in relation to a number of key subjects. For each theme one Belgian and one Dutch speaker will explain the current status in their respective country, after which there will be a comparative discussion. After this event you will be well informed about your ´own´ law and that of the neighbouring country. Location: Auditorium FelixArchief, Oude Leeuwenrui, Antwerp. For registrations and more information, see: ABDC-BVBR
