Minister Koen Geens´ "Jump to the law for tomorrow" has already been discussed in several of our earlier newsflashes. This document constitutes the preamble to a thorough reform of the business law, the civil law and the criminal law. Where the plan addresses the company law, it touches the foundations of every company and one of the key areas in which our firm is active.
