Renewed insurance law practice group

Ever since the firm was founded, Schoups has handled insurance cases.

The team of this practice group assists clients with questions and disputes relating to insurance policies. The firm´s long experience has generated extensive specialisation in this area, and particularly in construction-related insurance policies, such as insurance policies on all construction site risks, civil liability for operations and post-works, professional liability, ten-year liability, business risk and ALOP… The team´s specialisation is also developed via research, lectures and publications.

After the retirement of Atty Wim Van Bosstraeten, this practice group is continuing with a committed and experienced team. Siegfried Busscher leads this practice group. The new emphasis lies on insurance law in several areas, especially construction law and business law.
