New termination rules for insurance contracts

On 18 October 2023, the Belgian Official Gazette published the Law simplifying the termination rules for insurance contracts.[1] This law aims to make it easier to switch insurers. The ultimate goal is to promote competition in the insurance market, leading to lower prices and better quality.
