M&A NEWS - Medical start-up Dobco acquired by Italian company

Dedalus Group ("Dedalus"), a leading international healthcare software solutions provider, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Dobco Medical Systems N.V.("Dobco"), a fast-growing cloud-native enterprise imaging provider. Dedalus is majority owned by Ardian, a world-leading private investment house. In the acquisition Dedalus has been supported by KPMG as it relates to the accounting due diligence, Eversheds Sutherland for the tax due diligence and Giovannelli e Associati and Schoups as legal advisors.
