M&A - DEALS NEWS - Telenet and Willemen Group aim for joint venture to provide a comprehensive housing solution for tenants

Schoups advises Willemen Group on the start-up of a joint venture with telecom company Telenet to develop a 'comprehensive housing solution'.

This concept will be offered to tenants in order to unburden them as much as possible. Through a flexible rental formula, in addition to the rental of the real estate, basic items and utilities such as water, electricity and telecom would also be made available. Tenants can also subscribe to additional services, ranging from cleaning assistance to a food box subscription. Everything would be centrally managed through the joint venture.
