COVID-19 and compensation: the Mobility and Public Works policy area is developing a lump-sum compensation scheme

On June 17, 2022, the Management Committee of the Mobility and Public Works (MOW) policy domain of the Flemish government approved Service Order MOW/MIN/2022/01. This service order, which applies to all entities of the policy area MOW, provides a lump-sum compensation scheme for damages and costs incurred by contractors as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
