On 28 March 2017 Sara Cockx gave the very first Schoups webinar about "The new Posting Act – what you need to know if you work with foreign subcontractors".
The presentation looked closely at the new obligations of the Posting Act, as well as at the new system of joint and several liability for salary debts in the construction sector.
Throughout the webinar it was possible to submit written questions via a chat function.
