Kris Lemmens spoke at the above conference on Thursday, March 26th in Antwerp in collaboration with EBP. The presentation on the European Directive 2014/24 was given in hall 2 “legal update” from 10 to 11 a.m. Kris Lemmens focused on the radical changes resulting from the aforementioned Directive. This workshop was held at the Artesis Plantijn University College in Antwerp.
