11 June 2015 – Marco Schoups spoke at « Construction Law Actualia 2015 »

On Thursday, June 11th, Marco Schoups spoke at the « Construction Law Actualia 2015 » conference organised by IFE Benelux in Antwerp.    

This conference dealt with the contractor´s liability, direct claims, building disputes, damage at the worksite, etc.

Marco Schoups gave a presentation on The contractor´s liability: current issues and case-law.

The speakers gave answers to the questions after each presentation.
