Schoups will speak in the Confocus series of Seminars on insurance law in the construction sector

On 23 April 2015, Confocus will hold a seminar in Hasselt (University College PXL) within the series of seminars on "insurance law in the construction sector".

Attorneys Marco Schoups and Siegfried Busscher will speak at this seminar on the concurrence of insurances, specifically with regard to loss events in construction. Along with a general overview of the coverages of the primary construction insurance policies, the concurrence and the insurance policies in different ranks shall be examined more closely and explained in practical terms using specific examples.
