Schoups organised a breakfast seminar on 4 December 2014 about the mandatory presence registration

On Thursday, 4 December 2014, Schoups organized a client seminar in Dutch from 08.00 hrs until 10.00 hrs entitled  “Mandatory presence registration – Have you checked in yet?”.    Sara Cockx from our employment law department gave a practical and concise presentation in Dutch about the mandatory electronic presence registration.   She was accompanied by two experts in this area, Mr. Jan De Maeseneer, attaché at RSZ and Mr. Tiele Defrancq, business analist at Smals, developer of the web application.   The program was as follows:   -Sara Cockx: legal principles (scope, who needs to register, penalties, etc.); -Jan De Maeseneer: explanation of the approach of the RSZ -Tiele Defrancq: illustration of the website and the different registration possibilities.  A Q&A session was held after the presentation.
