Schoups Client Seminar 15 May 2014

On Thursday, 15 May 2014, Schoups organised a client seminar entitled: “The new regulatory framework for the environmental permit and complex projects”.   After an introduction by Marco Schoups, Kristof Hectors from our Zoning and Environment department gave a brief and practical explanation of three decrees that will fundamentally alter the authorisation and enforcement landscape in spatial planning and environmental law :   1. the environmental permit; 2. complex projects; 3. the enforcement of the environmental permit. The seminar was held in the Antwerp offices and there were 45 participants. After the presentation there was a question and answer session. You will find a link to the presentation here:
