M&A - DEALS NEWS - Takeover of Zoo Air by Polytra Belgium (Fracht)

Forwarding company Polytra Belgium, part of the Swiss Fracht group, has taken over the activities of Zoo Air. With this takeover, Polytra Belgium expands its offer with its own airfreight department.

Zoo Air is a niche player specialised in the transport of live animals, with its own warehousing capacity at Brucargo. After the takeover, Zoo Air will also be known as "Fracht Belgium Air", a department that will handle both live animal transport and project cargo.
