On Tuesday 24 March 2015 Schoups is organizing a seminar in English entitled: “Actualia Public Planning Law in Flanders”
During this seminar, Kristof Hectors, who heads the Environmental Law Department, will provide an update on the current developments in Flanders:
- Modifications (as of 1/1/2015) in the legal protection against decisions regarding building permits;
- The current state of affairs regarding the combined building and environmental permit, i.e. the scheduled entry into force and the major principles, in terms of content and procedure, in the Flemish regulations and the (draft of) implementation decree.
