Kristof Hectors gave a presentation about “Actualia Public Planning Law in Flanders”

On Tuesday, 24 March 2015, Schoups organised a client seminar in Brussels entitled : “Actualia Public Planning Law in Flanders”.

During this seminar, Kristof Hectors, who heads the Environmental Law practice group at Schoups, gave more clarification about the following current developments in Flanders:

• Changes in the legal protection (as of 1/1/2015) against permit decisions;
• The current status of the all-in-one physical aspects permit, i.e. the anticipated entry into force, and the most important substantive and procedural principles in the Flemish regulations and (drafts of the) implementing decree.

After the presentation there was a question and answer session.

This seminar was free of charge; however, registration was necessary, given that the number of places was limited.
