Interviews in Magna Charta Magazine on construction law in Belgium and the Netherlands

We already reported earlier that Maarten Somers and Siegfried Busscher from Schoups spoke at the Magna Charta Construction Dinner, held at the Waardenburg Castle in the Netherlands. They spoke about the disputes and claims in Belgian construction law before a public of Dutch jurists, organised by the Academy for Legal Practice.
