Private Construction Law

26 May 2014

The activities of the Belgian Association for the Study of Construction Law for the autumn of 2014 are:   1)  Workshop in collaboration with the Dutch Association for Construction Law - IBR (Institute for Construction Law) on “The new European directives, Public procurement contracts Belgium-Netherlands” will be held on 23 September 2014;   Both Belgium and the Netherlands are members of the EU, and both are bound by the Tendering Directives. For each theme one Belgian and one Dutch speaker will explain the current status in their respective country, after which there will be a comparative discussion. After this event you will be well informed about your ´own´ law and that of the neighbouring country.  Location: Auditorium FelixArchief, Oude Leeuwenrui, Antwerp.   2)  ESCL Conference (European Society of Construction Law) on 10 October 2014; Location: Milan (Italy);   3)  Work site visit : the Waasland Port Lock “1 year later…” on 18 November 2014; Location: Kallo;    For registrations and more information, see: ABDC-BVBR
