In collaboration with EBP, our firm participated in the Construction & Public Sector Conference held on 5 June 2014 in Brussels. Myriam Lahbib and Virginie Monteyne-Jadoul gave a presentation on "The contractor’s defences against the sanction possibilities of the principal." They answered the following questions:
- What are the principal’s means of action in the phase before the court and the extrajudicial phase ?
- What are the defences during the execution of the contract?
- How do you "arrange" for the delivery ?
- Establishing faults of execution: what new formalities?
