3 December 2015 - Sara Cockx speaks at the Construction Law and Social Law Colloquium

Intersentia is holding a colloquium on "Construction Law and Social Law" in Brussels on 3 December 2015, where Atty Sara Cockx, head of our Labour Law department, will be giving a presentation on the following topics:

• joint and several liability for wages in the salary protection law;
• presence registration at the worksite.

This colloquium is also linked to a special issue of the Tijdschrift voor Bouwrecht en Onroerend Goed (TBO - Journal for Construction Law and Real Property) on the same theme.
