On Thursday 29 October 2015 Marco Schoups and Virginie Monteyne-Jadoul will give presentations in Dutch and French at the annual meeting of EBP’s National Tender Day.
Marco Schoups will discuss the new EU Directive on the award of concession contracts. He will cover more specifically: the background of the directive, its scope, the definition of a concession contract, the tender of a concession, its execution and supervision.
Virginie Monteyne-Jadoul will give a presentation in French about the subcontracting in Public Procurement Contracts. She will discuss the following topics: the current legislation, the subcontracting within the tender procedure as well as during the execution of the Public Procurement Contract, and the social and safety requirements concerning subcontracting and on the construction site.
As usual, the seminar will take place at the Sheraton Hotel, Zaventem.
