29 April 2015 – Marco Schoups spoke at the First Interdisciplinary Colloquium on the Judicial Expert Enquiry

Schoups Advocaten actively participated in the above-mentioned colloquium that the Association of Belgian Experts (ABEX) held on 29 April 2015 in the buildings of the Construction Confederation in Brussels in collaboration with the Belgian Chamber of Experts in charge of Judicial and Arbitral Missions (KGSO-CEJA).

Marco Schoups explained the Act of 10 April 2014 modifying several provisions with a view to setting up both a national register for court experts and a national register for sworn translators, interpreters and translator-interpreters.

This colloquium was organised, prior to the proclamation of the implementing decrees of this Act, in order to exchange ideas and positions in a multidisciplinary manner about its practical application. The Schoups firm analysed the new regulation from the perspective of the legal profession.
