On Tuesday, 22 March 2016, the Environmental Law practice group organised the Dutch-language Actualia Environmental Law breakfast seminar. In this setting Atty Kristof Hectors discussed a number of controversial Environmental Law issues:

• Complex projects: current situation and a look at practice one year after the entry into force
• The all-in-one physical aspects permit: current situation and explanation of the provisions of the recent implementing decree
• In the pipeline: Flemish decree initiative on commercial establishments and socio-economic permits
• Coming into effect soon: the section in the immovable heritage decree about the archaeology memorandum

This seminar was free of charge and held in a limited group of attendees.
