On Thursday, 20 October 2016, our Insurance practice group organised a breakfast seminar on "Topics on Construction Insurance Policies ".
During the seminar, Siegfried Busscher discussed the main outlines of and difficulties in the CAR insurance (Contractors All Risks) and the future mandatory liability insurance policy for contractors.
In addition to clients, the seminar was also attended by three students from the University of Antwerp.
This seminar was held in Den Brandt Castle in Antwerp.
