15 March 2016 - Kris Lemmens spoke at the IFE workshop on the ´New Public Procurement Act´

On Tuesday, 15 March 2016, a workshop on the new Public Procurement Act was held by IFE Benelux at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Brussels.

Kris Lemmens gave a lecture about determingand assessing award criteria. He dicussed  the current situation based on the  recent developments in the jurisdiction, focusing on the Directive 2014/24/EU and its provisional conversion in the bill on public procurement contracts which the government submitted to the Chamber on 4 January 2016.
