15 March 2016 - Kris Lemmens spoke at the IFE workshop on the ´New Public Procurement Act

On Tuesday, 15 March 2016, a workshop on the new Public Procurement Act was held by IFE Benelux at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Brussels.

Kris Lemmens spoke of the establishment and assessment of award criteria. He explained the current situation on the basis of recent developments in the case-law, focusing on the Directive 2014/24/EU and its provisional transposition in the bill on public procurement contracts which the government submitted to the Chamber on 4 January 2016.
