Time, quality and costs are three key elements of a construction project. In an ideal world a project is completed on time, within budget and in a high-quality manner. But unfortunately reality shows that this is not always the case: delays and disruptions often lead to discussions.
A useful tool for actors in the construction process to deal with delays and disruptions is the Delay & Disruption Protocol, as developed by the English Society of Construction Law.
The French translation of the second edition of the Protocol has recently come out, which is the perfect occasion to discuss it briefly.
