Study evening on Commercial contracts and precontractual information – 11 and 13 March 2014

Béatrice Ponet (Instructor at the University of Antwerp, justice at the Court of Appeal of Antwerp) and Dave Mertens (Guest Professor University of Antwerp, lawyer) discuss the recent case-law concerning the Act on Precontractual Information relating to Commercial Cooperation Agreements of 19 December 2005 and the most important legal changes brought about by the insertion of book X in the Economic Law Code.
