Something new in the digitisation of the procedures for applying for permits in Brussels

The decree of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region on the digitisation of the procedures for processing the applications for urban development certificates, urban development permits and subdivision permits and related appeals governed by the provisions of the Brussels Town and Country Planning Code was published in the Belgian Official Gazette of 25 May last. This decree was adopted on 31 March last.
