Indemnity for legal proceedings indexed for the third time in a year and a half

Pursuant to article 1017 Jud. Code, any final judgment orders the unsuccessful party to pay the costs. The costs include an indemnity for legal proceedings, which is a lump sum compensation for the costs and fees of the lawyer of the successful party (art. 1022 Jud. Code).
