Energy performance certificate for non-residential buildings

In their pursuit of carbon neutrality for non-residential buildings, the Flemish authorities tightened, effective from 1st January 2023, the energy performance requirements for non-residential building units.[1] These are building units whose main use is ‘non-residential’, i.e. all building units except residential buildings, industrial buildings and agricultural buildings.
