Constitutional Court annuls three-month time-limit for request for remission

The Constitutional Court has eliminated the three-month time-limit which art. XX.173, ยง2 CEL imposed upon bankrupt natural persons for submitting requests for remission of their residual debts. It remains to be seen how the legislator will deal with this.
