Amendments to Book XX of the CDE: the legislator puts (even more) emphasis on continuity

The moratorium on bankruptcies ended on 1 February 2021. The federal government has decided that it is not appropriate to extend this crisis measure. The Minister of Justice, Vincent Van Quickenborne, has nevertheless announced new measures to protect companies in difficulty in order to try to preserve their continuity and avoid bankruptcies.
