Advice and assistance obligation of architects again being reviewed by the Court of Cassation

In a ruling dated 20 May 2021, the Court of Cassation ruled that the advice and assistance obligation of architects in the context of an overall architecture commission extends to advice on the applicable regulations and that, where necessary, the architect is also required to assist the client.
