Restructuring

We have a specialised team for restructuring in a broad sense, and support enterprises in all aspects thereof. This team combines the know-how of the various disciplines of the firm, notably Insolvency, M&A, Restructuring under Company Law, Finance and Labour Law.

Our firm provides services in a wide range of domains, including:

• guidance to companies with regard to (distressed) acquisitions, mergers, demergers and other types of restructuring under company law

• guidance and advice on the group structure, the corporate governance within the group

• guidance on the integration of a new entity, legal or not, into the group, and adjustment of/ social dialogue about pay and working conditions

• advice on Collective Labour Agreement 32 Bis

• advice on the consequences of a restructuring for the social consultation bodies

• guidance with regard to multiple and collective redundancies

• assistance in negotiations with, and proceedings against, lenders (bankers' liability, qualification credit opening/loan on interest, abusive execution, etc.)
